    Now in our 46th year, the Summer Solstice Celebration's parade and festival attracts over 100,000 participants and spectators. We host a 3 month workshop where the community can come together with the support of artists in residents and technical assistants and build floats and creative ensembles for the parade. We are a green parade and festival using as many recycled products as possible for the parade. We also dismantle floats and reusing the parts for future creations. Our mission is to bring the community together through the arts and we hope you'll join us!

Robin has coordinated over 200 large scale community building projects, events, transformational leadership/educational programs, trips, tours and entrepreneurship programs for youth and adults locally and across the globe. Robin thrives on building community, all things outdoors and is also the project manager/coordinator of Santa Barbara Open Streets, a 2.2 mile health and wellness event on Cabrillo Blvd fiscally sponsored by the Santa Barbara Bicycle Coalition. Her company supports a variety of local non-profits and businesses that want to grow the capacity of their organizations and build community around their causes.She specializes in helping organizations build new programs/events or grow existing ones.She is also on the team working to open Impact Hub Santa Barbara, a co-working space and entrepreneurial community connected to 60 other impact hubs around the world. www.impacthubsantabarbara.com
