Every one of us had the opportunity of being the Scrum master during a whole Sprint (The company has 30 days for each Sprint). At the end of the Sprint, a Sprint review was featured.

    Along my experience in this company I used the knowledges that I was acquiring during all my Technical course in IT (College Antonio Teixeira Fernandes) for the development of web pages, utilising the language Asp as well as the Microsoft Access database. As in this moment I did not have any professional experience yet the decisions about the projects were taken by my two bosses who were project managers. All the decisions then were documented in PDF and the database structure was created using ER/Studio. This company was very important to my future experiences, because I could learn reading projects and databases structures documentations, besides programming in real situations.
