    In my present role I am responsible for the painting of sports and work locker parts via an electro static paint line. I am responsible for communication with the parts press shop and the locker building department to insure I have enough parts for my team of 9 people to continuously load parts on to the paint line and to insure the correct parts are put on in the order they are required. As part of my role, I am required to maintain the paint line and spray booth, ensure the booth is painting to its optimum capacity.

    As senior production supervisor I was responsible for ensuring the production supervisors were fully aware of what was required of their teams each day. I would monitor production and collect information on a daily basis to compile live reports so the whole company was aware of where production of each order was. I would take lead of two production meetings daily to ensure orders would be met. I would then relay information back to the main office and sales team of any specific issues of information so that they could inform customers if required. In addition to this, I was responsible for the monthly stock check and replenishment.

    Within my role as the General/Operations manager, I reported directly to the Managing Director. I was responsible for the day to day running of the sales team within the call centre for our 5 web sites.     My role whilst working for Great Bear was as a contract co-ordinator for Premier Clothing Ltd, who were suppliers of work and casual wear.Where I was actively involved in the development of the department, which grew in size during my time with the company. My duties included management of stock from goods inwards through to order despatch, using computerised warehouse systems. Stock storage, order picking using a fork lift truck (reach) and stock control, which involved perpetual inventory checks. Responsible for a small team of staff, who assisted in ensuring all orders were completed to tight deadlines.Working within this environment enables me to develop my management and leadership skills, demonstrated good time management, organisational skills and my ability to be flexible and work as part of a team.
