    Holding accountability for the financial return of three prominent commercial properties in Sydney including full P&L management. I also led the development of maintenance and remediation strategies that ensured long-term service excellence and sustainable profit performance. I provided leadership to three facilities managers, a network of support staff and engaged consultants in addition to managing key client and stakeholder relationships. Portfolio included 100 Pacific Highway (22,000 sq/m), Challenger Building (15,000 sq/m) and Defence Plaza (24,000 sq/m), with full responsibility for tenant management, audit, risk and environmental management.• Delivered financial targets year on year, improving performance via cross-business collaborations and robust performance management;• Achieved and maintained 4.5 star NABERS energy accreditation for 100 Pacific Highway, while streamlining operations and improving cost management to achieve performance benchmarks;• Minimised tenant vacancy and protected revenue streams, releasing 8,500K sq/m of vacant floor space at the Challenger Building to Commonwealth Bank with minimum downtime;• Delivered a multimillion-dollar portfolio of enhancement and refurbishments at Defence Plaza.

    General Manager, ISPT Feb 2007 – May 2010Knight Frank LLPIn 2007, I joined one of the world's largest global property consultancies Knight Frank to manage a new property portfolio in Canberra on behalf of client ISPT. Targeted on the quality of client relationships and the achievement of financial returns, I mobilised the Industry Superannuation portfolio, including leading the establishment of a team. Holding P&L accountability for 4 assets under development, I spearheaded the vision, strategy and project plans that successfully transitioned government staff into new buildings. My team included 9 account, property and facilities managers, and during this tenure I completed a series of developments including 18 Marcus Clarke Street (27,000 sq/m), 7 London Circuit (18,600 sq/m), One National Circuit (15,400 sq/m) and 3-5 National Circuit (20,200 sq/m).• Achieved a multimillion-dollar financial returns target, building a stable, engaged team;• Minimised tenant vacancy including the leasing of 2 Constitution Avenue (20,200 sq./m) with zero downtime for ISPT, leveraging relationships with Dept. of PM and Cabinet;• Leveraged business development experience to support marketing teams with tender activities requiring detailed mobilisation strategy, including high-level Government contracts.
