    REPORTING : Reports to the Offshore Installation Manager (OIM) DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Operations/Maintenance:- Maintain strict confidentiality of all work performed including well data, payroll information, crew lists; add personal data including contact information relative to rig’s crew.- Promote and maintain a good working relationship with other departments, third party personnel and client representative. - Maintain discipline onboard and ensure compliance with company discipline procedures  General Housekeeping of Radio Room. - Attending training courses as required. - Ensure the maintenance of all electronic navigational aids where applicable. - Update client-payable POB/Meal spreadsheet daily and forward to OIM at the end of every month. - Maintain an up to date personnel on board and allocate rooms to all individuals and ensure personal data is updated in the management system.- Handle POB on board the rig; send daily POB after completion of chopper flight operations to shore
