    I was one of four partners in an international pavement management partnership consisting of am arm of the Swedish Government, a large Canadian Civil Engineering firm, and investors from Texas.In addition to partnership duties, I was responsible for marketing to the state departments of transportation. I also modified the software that I had previously developed at Novak, Dempsey Associates for use in automated data collection for pavement management.
