    The Pacific Northwest License, Tax, and Fraud Association was founded in 1989 for the primary purpose of fostering education and facilitating interagency networking. PNLTFA is an organization of public and private employees dedicated to the administration of enforcement of tax, license, and business registration laws, and the detection, investigation, prosecution, and prevention of fraud and fraud related crimes.PNLTFA currently assists public administration, law enforcement agencies, and private industry in meeting the challenge of diminished financing of public programs and private fiscal restrictions.PNLTFA promotes the coordination and assistance of all types of fraud related investigations by providing necessary investigative tools and fostering an organized forum to exchange information in order to ensure positive investigative results.
