Since January 2019 I have established my own LLC and have taken on several clients to provide organizational development consultation to juvenile justice direct service organizations and advocacy organizations. I am providing coaching to to professionals involved in reducing mass incarceration and implicit bias; professional coaching to new nonprofit executive directors Training and consultation in asset based community development, youth development and community coalition building. Special experience in nonprofit management, organizational development, fund development, community organizing and human services and education systems reform. I also have additional knowledge in the areas of juvenile and adult criminal justice reform, positive youth development, youth and young adult leadership development, child welfare, children's behavioral health.

As part of the ABCD Institute I have provided over 100 trainings and provided ABCD organizational development to over 50 community based and nonprofit organizations in asset based youth and community development. I have recently been named to the Institute Board of Directors and am the Treasurer Elect. I am in the process of developing an ABCD Northeast Chapter and have enlisted 15 community based professionals in the New England and Middle Atlantic states to act as a steering committee. We are planning an ABCD 101 conference in New York City in October 2019 and a Training of Trainers later in the fall of 2019 to increase the number of ABCD trainers in the Northeastern states. RYASAP is the community table where the difficult issues that affect young people are addressed. RYASAP convenes the community on issues of adolescent substance use, juvenile justice, children's mental health, education achievement gap all in the context of building the capacity of young people and community members to make their community a better place to live. RYASAP is the lead agency for the Connecticut Juvenile Justice Alliance and Public Allies of Connecticut as well as the Parent leadership Training Institute and the Dispute Settlement Center.
