    This is a volunteer position. The Vimy Oaks Legacy Corporation was formed to provide Vimy Oak trees that are descendant from a fallen oak during the April, 1917 battle at Vimy Ridge, France for planting at the Vimy Foundation Centennial Park in France. The park will open on November 9, 2019 in time for the 100th anniversary of the end of WW1. The corporation is also selling these oaks for planting at commemorative sites throughout Canada.
