    The Founder, Theo Cosmora aka Peter Okilo failed to deliver on any of his promises he made to all investors that I introduced over a 7 year period from 2001. Why ? He lacked real business experience, he had previous debts from many failed businesses. He was unable to get funds from any banks to pay all previous investors. So I stepped in and help raise over half a million that all went for development costs. This was one of my most expensive lessons of my life for many reasons. I did not listen to my close inner circle of leaders including my wife, I did not know about NPD and how they lack empathy and compassion to deliver on promises they make, I lost a great deal of time to make change happen. I should have cut my losses earlier instead of bringing in more investors who trusted me. But as I believe in Karma I had to move on with my life to find real Gems & Game Changers to collaborate with.
