Senior Vice President, Investor Relations

In this role, I am responsible for the strategic direction of the investor relations function and executing Dell’s global investor communications program in conjunction with the chief financial officer and senior management. The investor relations group advises senior management and directs global industry conferences, a large-scale analyst conference, on-site investor visits, quarterly earnings, strategic research projects, a broad business intelligence/competitive analysis function and broad ESG initiatives. I also provide insight into company operating results and business strategies to global institutional investors and lenders, sell-side securities research analysts, private equity partners and industry analysts.Over the past decade, I have worked on cross-functional teams responsible for more than 30 acquisitions, divestures and IPO's totaling more than $100 billion in total transaction value. I worked closely with our senior leadership, the board of directors, investment bankers and strategic communications consultants on the 2012-2013 $25 billion Dell leveraged buyout/go private transaction. In 2015 and 2016, I worked with senior leaders and investment bankers on the April 2016 IPO of SecureWorks, a leading global provider of intelligence-driven information security solutions. I worked with senior management, investment bankers and private equity on the 2015-2016 $67 billion acquisition of EMC. I also worked with senior management, investment bankers, private equity and advisors on the multi-billion dollar 2018 Class V Transaction where Dell (NYSE: DELL) fully re-emerged into the public equity markets.I am a member of Dell’s Disclosure Review Committee and ESG Steering Committee. I serve as an executive advisor to the Finance Development Program; I am the executive sponsor of Dell's finance community service team and I have served as Co-Chairman of North American Charitable Giving Council.

I led strategic, annual and quarterly financial planning and analysis, working closely with the executive team including the CEO, CFO, business unit Presidents and business unit CFO’s. In addition, I led the teams responsible for management reporting, decision support and competitive analytics and predictive analytics. My former team of 300+ finance professionals was based in the Austin, Texas, Bratislava, Slovakia, Penang, Malaysia, Bangalore, India and Panama City, Panama, While in this role, I was a member of Dell’s Disclosure Review Committee and the Finance Policy Oversight Board I was an executive advisor to the Finance Development Program and Co-Chairman of North American Charitable Giving Council.

I held various roles in investor relations first as an individual contributor financial analyst and then as a manager and a senior manager in the group. During that time, my responsibilities included planning, coordination and execution of all major investor relations events including earnings announcements, analyst meetings, shareholder meetings, sell side investor conferences and on-site due diligence visits. I coordinated and executed Dell’s investor targeting program and was in communication with sell side analysts, buy side analysts and portfolio managers. In addition I had ongoing communication with Dell’s executive management team regarding relevant economic, industry, competitive and company specific events.
