    I have approximately 20 years Electrical, Instrumentation, Power, Fire & Gas, Control and multi-disciplinary engineering experience in mining and Oil & Gas ranging across the full project/facility lifecycle from concept evaluation, through front-end and detailed engineering to plant commissioning, de-bottlenecking, plant operation, troubleshooting and maintenance. As both a leader and an engineer I have been active in conceptual design stages, study reports, detailed cost estimating, detailed engineering, development of equipment specifications, procurement, factory testing, site installation, commissioning, as-build documentation, operations, site maintenance & trouble shooting, incident investigations, de-bottlenecking. As a result of my years of site work and varied electrical and inter-discipline experience, I am extremely versatile and have good prioritisation and multi-tasking skills. I also have learnt the ability to understand multiple perspectives of team members and stakeholders.I have deep understanding of the cost drivers for greenfield and brownfield projects, particularly scope changes and early procurement. I have a track record in delivering safety improvements, cost savings and constructability/maintainability improvements through evaluating project options and developing solutions.
