This is a client facing & telephone support roll with a view of managing multiple sites with their digital playlists including scheduling of artwork using content management software and also liaising with creative agencies to ensure artwork is received in a timely manner and to the correct specification.The role is a varied one and requires flexibility and a can do attitude along with excellent communication and people skills, ability to work under pressure, good planning and organisational skills, attention to detail also the willingness to learn new skills to keep up-to-date with appropriate product and industry knowledge and to keep abreast of company procedures.

Towards the end of 2008 Sir Alan Sugar launched his new digital signage company Amscreen. Whilst setting up this new venture Amscreen acquired Electronic Health Media for whom I previously worked. In my role as office manager for Electronic Health Media I provided administration support and advice to the new Amscreen management team helping ensure a smooth transitional period as Electronic Health Media was integrated into the brand new Amscreen Healthcare division. In January 2009 I completed a 3 month trial period and was offered a full time contract with Amscreen working on expanding their UK digital healthcare network.Organising my own diary my primary role was to attend meetings within the healthcare sector and demonstrate the Amscreen system and discuss client’s digital content requests at management level. In addition to this I also provided administration and IT support to other home based employees.
