     Trained and certified through GE Aircraft Engines’ Supplier Black Belt program. Led joint Six Sigma project with GE Aircraft Engines to qualify a new, high performing composite material for use in jet engine bushings – over $1 million in annual benefits. Led project to improve the process for manufacturing land and marine aircraft engine parts – resulted in scrap reduction in excess of $300,000 per year and was first, successfully completed Six Sigma project in DuPont Engineering Polymers. Led Six Sigma project to streamline the sales order taking process and shorten cash-to-cash cycle time for Vespel® business. Consulted on various customer programs requiring use of Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing techniques
