    • Technical Advisor/Developer for 10 current and previous national customers in Boston, Denver, and Chicago.• Provide ASP.NET, VB.NET, CSS, SQL development and minor JavaScript and C#. I used these skills for all the projects listed below.• • Recent projects include:o MSW Interface – 13 Import file formats(XML) and 15 Export File formats(XML). This project was completely automated including FTP uploads and downloads, file ftp transfer verifications and email reporting with detail links to a web interface.o Phone Scrub waterfall flowing through 3 vendors. Profile server when users are having performance issues. Find and correct vendor software performance issues; adding indexes as needed. Design, update and maintain all tables and stored procedures. Upgrade, move, combine databases per customer’s requests. Use Activity monitor to find recently run heavy queries and design better queries to resolve issues. Split databases into multiple files and on multiple drives to help with load balances and performance issues.o Provide project management to ensure all interfaces and processes are all schedule and that end-users test and all change requests are reviewed and processed to close out projects.o Provide consulting specifically for the debt industry for all customers to assist them on what software packages and vendor services to use.

    • Managed project to replace the entire company’s business software. Project included gathering all departmental requirements as well as their wish list, conducting phone interviews with vendors, narrow search to 5 vendors for on site presentations and final selection. Once the final selection was made, coordination of data migration and implementation. Tasks included converting the collection software from a MS Visual FoxPro database application to MS SQL Server database application. Training and Testing was also conducted with all departments to ensure departmental readiness and maximum amount of departmental requirements were met. This project was for 2 remote sites and 3 local sites. The 2 remote site databases had to be merged with the local HQ database. Total users for all sites are approx. 400 users. Conversion plan called for 1 day of downtime, conversion over a weekend with offices back online on Monday. Remote sites now terminal service to local site allowing for easier data management. Project budget was approx. $2M. Ensured that all deadlines were met and goals were reached.• Responsible for supervising and mentoring 1 network engineer, 3 hardware techs, 1 dialer tech, 1 database administrator and 2 database programmers.• Responsible for managing migration of all internal reporting for Reporting warehouse(ARGUS and ATLAS)/application to auto publication utilizing SQL Server and the company intranet.• Responsible for providing user support for all network and computer issues for 400+ users at 4 offices including network support for Windows 2000 and XP.• Responsible for 8 MS SQL Server databases.• Continued construction and improvement to data warehouses used for financial analysis, process improvements, and performance monitoring.• Provide hands on programming for in house applications and database management using Visual Studio .NET, Visual Basic, Visual FoxPro, and MS SQL Server.• Left due to Layoffs and I had offer from Latitude Software.

Setup DTS pages to automate agency, bank, and client file processing, job scheduling for load balancing for all DTS jobs.• Program sales file tool for evaluating files for possible purchase. This program analyzes 23 data points for each file and compiles a weighted average score for each account.• Program new business interface to process multiple file formats for multiple banks. Forward new business to all agencies. Process all agencies monthly payment files.• Provide outside agency support for 5 outside agencies not including ACF agencies.• Provide user support for all network and computer issues for 100+ users at 2 offices including network support for Windows 2000 and XP.• Provide software support for collections software (Windebt) and all MS Office products including Outlook.• Schedule and implement all upgrades for hardware, software and phone systems.
