    This was a Job I have involved into just after completion of my graduation and along with the courses undergoing for ICWA.I was the Plant Supervisor for this Propreitorship company, then lokated at New Delhi.My role was to execute the Jobs and Distribute them to various Machines as per the priority and requirement of the Orders ensuring the quality of the prints to its optimum.I had to maintain the smooth functioning of fall the machines and has to recommend repairs and over-hauling of these as and when required.There were almost 30-35 workers who has to be managed and used for the execution of my job.Since that was my 1st Job, I had always lernt a lot of man management, priority analysis and trouble shooting.
