    • As a Tutor, my role was the daily running of classes over the semesters. This included the day to day preparation and planning, teaching, management and administrative requirements of the course• Planning was a core function along with the various admin duties.• Teaching English and Computing classes as per requirement. I had developed, taught and and implemented a computer course for our pre-literacy students. The ICDL computing course that I had taught helped many of the students gain certification in computing.• Developing the course curriculum including the creation of teaching and display material. • Ensuring that there is sufficient materials and supplies for the course. • Support management and operations of Solomon Group. This has included additional admin and reception duties.

    • As an Interviewing officer I was responsible for interviewing potential volunteers who come into the Centre, making appropriate referrals based on their skills and interests.• My duties included follow-up procedures relating to volunteer referrals, within two weeks of referral/s.• Assistance with general Centre functions which includes various administration duties including updating the volunteer database.
