    I have been in Construction professionally since the 60’s age 14 as “Construction Field Clerk” onsite at La Chateau Royal, Regency, Essex Tower, Marine Tower, The Riviera & Regency South Fort Lauderdale. After school I was accountant, then answering the phone for the Estimators on Bid Day & routing the calls for all 16 CSI Divisions. That’s 44 years Construction Experience = If it’s been done, I saw it! “If its tall Rooney probably built it” & “Work Smarter rather Than Harder” are just a couple of our mottos. I have a photo of me on a jobsite wooden water barrel in 1955 on a Frank J Rooney jobsite in Miami with a Rooney Truck behind me and a pile driving rig.
