    I’ve spent my entire career, post-active duty Air Force, with Winsupply starting in IT and gradually moving up to President, CEO and Chairman. Over that time, I have been instrumental in the company’s expansion, often leading innovative new initiatives that have been critical to the company’s growth.With a non-traditional business model based on the principles of free enterprise and entrepreneurship, the company has grown to be a leading wholesaler of construction and industrial supplies with 660 locations in 45 states.Winsupply has a profitable shared services group that supports their 660 locations and 7 distribution centers across the United States. Winsupply has never had a financial loss in its 67-year history.One of my leadership priorities throughout my tenure has been to GUIDE the company’s fundamental principles and ensure our model was REPEATABLE.KEY ACHIEVEMENTS◆ During my tenure as CEO, I tripled the size of the company from $800 million to $3 billion in revenue and helped more than 500 entrepreneurs build successful local businesses.◆ Guided and nurtured the growth of Winsupply’s distribution center and sourcing services company.◆ Spearheaded the development of our high quality, low cost support and shared services division to support local owners in their business growth including an amazing, deep IT department that develops all of the company’s ERP software
