He has been on the training side of the coin now for over 20 years and has trained for the best of the best companies in the HVAC/Plumbing industry. He will bring to you, his own personal wisdom along with the greatest of the great from all over the US and Canada. He has also trained for all major HVAC distributors and organizations including ACCA management training. Rick has real time experience in owning several HVAC and plumbing companies. Today he owns Wagner Mechanical in New Mexico. Rick took the company from $900,000 to 6.5 million with an additional 1200 agreements in 2 years, now that’s growth!
