Other similar and successfully completed projects for 2003 to 2006 were for the: San Luis Obispo Sheriff’s Department (latest system upgrade underway), San Francisco Police Department (new system), Banning Police Department (system upgrade), CHP (13 Computer Aided Dispatch and Message Switch systems upgraded), Solano Sheriff’s Department (system upgrade), Santa Clara Sheriff’s Department (new system), and Contra Costa Sheriff’s Department (new system). New systems required migration from legacy environments. Major system upgrades included refresher training with the latest documentation. Played key role in acquiring CHP contracts for 10 Message Switching Systems ($2.95M), 11 Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) systems supporting 24 dispatch centers ($8.7M) with 3,500 MDC’s, including the current CHP application and hardware/software maintenance contract ($1.2M/year) for these systems. Solely prepared successful proposal for the current Washington State Patrol state wide Message Switching System ($883,305) supporting over 18,000 devices.

    Responsible for managing and overseeing the installation of CDS multiple law enforcement and fire services application systems: Police/Fire Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD), Records Management System (RMS), Jail Management System (JMS), and Fire Management System (FMS). Other CDS application packages included Message Switching System (MSS) to access remote databases and support Mobile Digital Terminals (MDT's). Involved in the installation and support of 23 systems in 12 states servicing 80 law enforcement, fire service, and EMS agencies. CDS's CAD product is configurable for multi agency and multi jurisdictional operations. CDS's RMS product is configurable to support the following modules: (1) crime analysis, (2) managing criminal investigations, (3) integrated case narrative, (4) neighborhood crime watch, (5) patrol management, (6) wants and warrants, and other custom modules. CDS's public safety application packages are installed on two major vendor platforms Digital Equipment Corporation (DEC), and Hewlett Packard (HP). Extensive participation in two of the larger installations: the City of Miami Beach Police and Fire/EMS Departments, and the City of Daytona Beach Police and Fire Departments. Personally prepared a Functional Requirements Report for the Development of a Base Line EMS CAD System; thereby, providing CDS with the foundation for adding a state of the market EMS CAD product to their public safety software portfolio.

Recruited 5,000 league bowlers per week with a total of 12,000 people per week passing through the facility for the 1983-84 bowling season. Managed the business to ensure that the monthly gross revenue, operating expenditures, vending percentages, payroll expenses, etc. meet the established criteria. Managed the business to ensure that proper inventory and cash controls were instituted and maintained. Responsible for the development of the various support systems, the entire training program, system acceptance testing procedures, phase over plans, and assisting in preparing/reviewing deliverable documentation and managing/maintaining the operational system. Responsible for the management of the CAD system by serving as System Manager and Technical Analyst on the Project Team and Technical Steering Committee. Provided the technical interface and coordination between 14 city/county departments and bureaus (from the Operator Review Committee to the Mayor's Office), four state agencies, and two federal agencies. Provided the management and technical link between the CAD system and its prime contractor (Boeing Computer Services) and their 16 subcontractors.
