The past December marked the death of Grandmaster Ed Parker. Twenty-four years ago we lost the father of American Kenpo Karate. Mr. Parker was considered a "genius of motion" for his ability to see and exploit the vulnerable parts of an attacker. He had the fastest hands of anyone I've ever seen.Mr. Parker was also known for his profound quotes. One of my personal favorites from Mr. Parker is;"He who hesitates, meditates in a horizontal position."How about you? Is there an action that you need to take but you've hesitated on? Is it starting a new business, learning a new skill, mending a relationship with an old friend?Every day you delay takes you that much further away from your goals, dreams, and aspirations. Take action today or you too may find yourself meditating in a horizontal position.
