    I was in charge of 9 EINs that created up to 9,500 W-2s at one time. While using Ceridian Tax Service, I made sure that all of our taxes where paid on time while reconciling the Ceridian Tax Service draft debits from our payroll bank account to the Peoplesoft general ledger. I reconcilied all of my quarterly and year-end Ceridian reports to an excel reconciliation created by using the payroll summary reports from Ulti-Pro. When need , I would create all W-2Cs and then submit them to Ceridian for filing s with both the IRS and SSA department. I also handled all jurisdictions inquiries.
