Selected a PR firm and managed all public relations aspects of the facility’s development. Led the design, engineering, equipment procurement, start-up and marketing of a $1.75 million materials recovery facility, Chambers’ first integrated and centralized residential recycling operation. Moved recycling efforts from pilot programs to functional field operations. Managed cross-functional executives, reduced inter-function conflicts and rallied resources to deliver key projects. Acted as the official public spokesperson on both the medical waste and recycling projects.
