    My business began as, and still is, a thriving partnership. The Firm is focused on taxation and professional services to emerging companies and related owners. Put it this way…If you own your business, we want to provide your accounting, tax, and tax planning services. The practice has a varied base of clients with operations that include oil & gas E&P, prospect companies, real estate development companies, car dealerships, pipe companies, fabricators for offshore rigs, banks, software development, law firms, insurance companies and agencies, doctors’ practices, national wireless distribution, TV content distribution, and 3 play fiber to the home. Additionally, through the business, I provide estate planning, IRS representation, bookkeeping, and venture capital services, such as funding and interim CFO services. In the oil & gas arena, my partner and I were the original directors of ARXA International Energy, who eventually sold to an E&P company in Mississippi. We were also part of the original funding group for The Bank of River Oaks. Additionally, I was President of Highland Village, Inc. which is a real estate company operating, retail, office, and land development projects.
