    As a Partner with Eastpoint based in Chicago, I have successfully managed and resolved various asbestos, environmental, products and other mass tort litigated claims for on behalf of the insolvent Midland, Union and Ideal Mutual Estates, resulting in collective allowances exceeding $1.0 billion. Ancillary responsibilities included the design and implementation of audit protocols, development of management reporting systems, design of various "ad hoc" system platforms to manage large data productions, and conduct of allocation analyses. I have also conducted operational, reserve and process reviews on behalf of our clients, along with providing expertise in disputed reinsurance claims.

    In the position of Associate Director, I was dedicated almost exclusively to a project involving the Midland, Union and Ideal Mutual Estates, all New York insolvencies. I assumed responsibility for the resolution of asbestos, environmental, products and other types of mass tort claims, including data mining, investigation, coverage evaluation, loss analysis, conduct of allocation studies, case valuation, reserve recommendations, management reporting, resolution recommendations, and claim negotiations. During my tenure with Navigant, I also conducted audits of State Insurance Funds and various policyholders.

    Durting my 13 years with IES, I managed engagements on behalf of both United States and United Kingdom solvent and insolvent insurers, run-off management companies, defense counsel and defense groups. Directing the activities of a staff compliment consisting of attorneys, paralegals and claim professionals, I held responsibility for the investigation, auditing and management of complex, litigated long-tail claims involving over 400 Fortune 1000 policyholders; the conduct of account exposure analyses; allocation studies under divergent state law, including exposure forecasting; damages mitigation, including environmental engineering consultation; providing consulting services in insurer/reinsurer disputes, including supporting testimony; and participation in insurer sponsored policyholder presentations and negotiations.
