Hired to bring the Northeastern PA's Computer Learning Lab to life. Wrote all curriculum and student guides for MS Office and other classes ranging from beginner through advanced.Within one year, in-house class attendance rose from under 200 (2005 - 2006) to over 2,300 (2006 - 2007). Created evaluation tools for the staffs of the 33 libraries in the system to determine needs. Provided classes. Administered before and after training evaluations to evaluate training efficacy.In 2010 I began creating classes for library patron's self-paced online learning. Courses are housed in the library system's LMS.Highlights:• Evaluated skills and training needs for staff members of the 33 libraries in the Northeastern PA Library District.• Designed & provided training for & post-training evaluation of the staffs of the NEPA Library District.• Expertly developed and wrote curriculum for public and specialized business-oriented computer technology classes.• Created and published quarterly lab class schedules to all district and county libraries.• Responsible for scheduling of classes.• Provided Help Desk solutions to patron and staff with computer software related issues.• Taught all classes, ranging from soft skills to introductory through advanced software, resume writing & job search, PC maintenance, and individual assistance.
