    CESCO Overseas S.A. is a British Virgin Island’s company formed for the purpose of capitalizing on the energy production void. Through a team of engineers, business developers, and logistics experts, CESCO is addressing the electricity deficit in markets using floating power generation barges. These power plants consume natural gas to produce wholesale electricity under long term pre-negotiated contracts (power purchase agreements - “PPA”). My role as Independent Power Consultant; Consulting on preliminary design for usage of waste heat from 2xLM6000 gas turbines to power a vapor cycle desalination plant to supply potable water as a secondary product from floating power barges in three different third world countries.
