    Richard Harris takes new role as Head of Capital Works Services EMEA, Hotels & Hospitality Group As we continue to invest in growing our EMEA Capital Works capabilities (Project & Development Services and Tétris) in the hotels and hospitality sector, we are delighted to announce that Richard Harris will be taking on a new role as Head of Capital Works Services EMEA, Hotels & Hospitality Group. For the past 5 years, Richard has led the UK Tétris team. During this time he has successfully grown the business from just three employees to over 25, with annual revenues now in excess of £25m. Richard recently helped steer the merger of Tétris with bluu, creating the UK’s largest design and fit-out operation, employing 150 people. Prior to his Tétris role, Richard’s background was principally in the hotels sector where he held senior development and property roles at leading hotel groups including Whitbread (Marriott & Premier Inn), Principal Hayley, City Inn and Hilton. As such, he has the ideal experience and industry knowledge to be successful in this new role. Richard will be based with the Hotels & Hospitality Group in the London. This is an exciting step to speed our growth into a significant and largely untapped market sector, with Richard ensuring that the Capital Works teams leverage the established, market leading position of the Hotels & Hospitality Group across the EMEA region.
