      As part of CIP, I was a project lead consultant for Intergraph’s public safety and security software on federal projects, working to create a comprehensive operational picture customers. My responsibilities included consulting on proper system use, the mapping of current business rules into customized software configurations allowing ease of transition for end users, as well as the technical aspects of system engineering and interfacing to numerous hardware sensor systems stressing redundancy, security and information integrity and accuracy.As the Project Team Leader for the KOJ’s public safety system (~$16M), over a period of sixteen months on-site in Amman, Jordan, was responsible for all the technical aspects and business practices of interfacing, customizing and implementing a nationwide integrated Emergency Service’s fire, police and EMS Computer Aided Dispatching (CAD) and Intergraph Security system for the US Department of State’s overall $50M project to enhance the KOJ’s emergency services as part of the Anti-Terror Administrations goals. Also responsible for all on site negotiations between Intergraph, government and customer agencies. Managed a team of engineers and software consultants.
