    My responsibilities include, consultation, evaluation, underwriting and negotiating Commercial Financing requests on behalf of Commercial Real Estate property owners and investors; as well as, Small Business owners. Our Company is an intermediary between financing seekers and a variety of different lenders e.g. local and regional banks, conduit lenders, wholesale lenders, insurance companies, and a variety of private equity lenders. We perform an initial consultation to determine the efficacy of the financing request, develop a proper and complete lending package, then we select lenders that will provide the desired financing with the best terms available. Our company adds considerable value to our clients because we secure the desired financing, and coordinate the entire lending process.
