I founded Ruhmann Associates in 1988 to assist leaders to maximize their potential. For executives who want to take their leadership to the next level; we develop a personalized approach that involves the use of interview data and highly sophisticated assessment data.My current work is focused on the State of the Science of Leadership. Neuroplasticity and Neuroscience of leadership impacts how we make decisions and how we can change thinking patterns. Through the use of highly sophosticated assessments we are able with 'laser like' precision indicate how 'judgments' or 'decisions' are made. I work with Executive Teams to develop their bench-strength. Frequently this involves a culture change process where the client must become clear on the vision, values and working agreements. I develop and deliver customed designed intensive/in-depth leadership programs which address behavioral and thinking patterns that need to be addressed in order to become more effective as a leader.
