    I began service as a Field Access Control Agent, Docks and Gates. In 2014, my unit was blended into Landside Operations and we began performing the full range of landside responsibilities, such as responding to emergencies and incidents, checking for proper operation of SIDA doors/readers, coordinating with tenants and federal agents on a variety of incidents, handling customer complaints and resolving disputes, assisting customers with questions and requests, and providing traffic control in the passenger arrival areas of the five terminals at IAH. I was also cross-trained for additional duties in Ground Transportation. IAH is classified as a major hub and handles approximately 43,000,000 passengers per year.

I have a special interest in access control systems and airport security in general.

    Began as a non-paid intern responsible for bookkeeping. Was then hired full-time for special projects, such as implementing MHT's first paid parking system. Also responsible for budgeting/accounting for capital projects and submitted ADAP project progress reports to FAA. Acted as airport manager in absence of higher management. Presented oral and written reports to Airport Board. Designed and implemented an air service development marketing campaign.
