    Managed the transition from an older version of DonorDirect's donor database to the current web-based Studio Enterprise. With a staff of myself and one additional programmer, this included data conversion, process/procedure documentation, implementing the companion online store (Studio Online), canceling and implementing new financial institution contracts, coordinating/running training for the staff and performing QA on the systems to ensure functionality. Analyzed and worked with BBS (non-profit contact strategy company) on using the models within data extracts to improve contacts and reduce costs.Developed strategies for identifying top donors to provide additional communications from staff.Handled day-to-day requests for extracts, reports and data research from the rest of the staff to ensure smooth daily operational processing.
