Established Concierge operations from scratch for new resort owners, KSL Resorts. Prepared all new documents such as, direction cards, guest request logs and VIP guest amenity forms. Establisned new networking partners for "off site" recreation and dining. Began tracking "return guest" requests to ensure guest loyalty during resort ownership transition. Took personal initiative to gain thorough knowledge of front desk operating program to assist with front desk operations during peak times and volunteered to temporarily act as a front desk supervisor during major resort remodeling phase.
