Scaled up the international mobility programs for students and staff, doubled the number of exchange students and tripled the number of visiting teachers and staff. Expanded the strategic partner network of the university in Asia, America, Africa. Introduced an English language program portfolio for incoming students (80 courses) and a new summer university program. Coordinated the international marketing and branding of the university (website development, social media, event management, ect.). Organised numerous international conferences, workshops, events. Raised project funds from the European Union, government, and external stakeholders.
