Real Estate - Client Advocate. Licensed, Organized, and structured a Real Estate Firm. NC Articles of Incorporation & Federal Tax ID filed in October 2005 by Dale Fussell, Attorney At Law. Firm financed with a business commercial line of credit with a bank and personal funds to facilitate investing in multiple residential properties. Managed the financial investment, purchase of properties, hiring of contractors, site supervision, "state of the art" custom renovations, inspections and final appraisals of homes. Empowered, educated and equipped clients with resources involving counseling, budgeting, credit restoration, a home buyer certification program, access to a bank/loan officer and a $7,500 House Charlotte Grant; which inclusive of all resources provided individuals/families with the achievement of becoming "first time home buyers".In January 2008, with the desire to serve a growing number of clients and "trusting God", I stepped out in faith and continued to help people pursue the American Dream with their hope to become "First Time Home Buyers" by transitioning Lifetime Investment Properties, LLC to my "full time" occupation. Since then, LIP, LLC has been recognized by Fifth Third Bank as the "African American Business of the Year" in February 2011 and Branch Banking & Trust Bank's "Business of the Month" in 2012. LIP, LLC has established many empowerment partnerships and relationships with the City of Charlotte, Mecklenburg County, Homeownership Center of Charlotte, civic agencies, non-profits, businesses, banks/ mortgage loan officers and a network of professionals. LIP, LLC and myself personally are extremely grateful and will be forever appreciative to the "overwhelming" number of families we have been provided the "opportunity" to impact their lives as a servants! Single Mothers, Senior Citizens, Young Adult Couples and Fathers/Men striving to provide a positive environment for their families is a "life changing" experience of TREMENDOUS JOY!

Served under the leadership of the Senior Pastor/CEO. Managed Full Time & Part Time Employees consisting of Ministerial Staff, Administrative Coordinator, Finance Manager, Treasurer, Administrative Assistant, Outreach Counselor, Musicians and additional Contract Staff. Established meaningful "purpose driven" partnerships with local businesses, government agencies and civic/community organizations. Oversaw a Capital Campaign with contributions of over $430,000 for the building of a $2.5 Million New Edifice.Educated and trained in respect to the separation of church and state.
