My primary responsibility was co-managing the Youth Economic Success Portfolio, focused on grantmaking strategies that support education and employment pathways for young people, ages 14-24, at risk of disconnecting from school and work. Additionally, I lead the Foundation’s financial coaching work, a financial capability strategy that helps people improve their financial situations. I also lead the Foundation's Employee Activities Committee in organizing several all-staff events that were key to the foundation's mission, including our annual day of service in partnership with local nonprofits and the annual holiday outreach and giveaway.
