    Quality Specific Duties• Assure that the NFSMS is implemented and maintained with particular emphasis on those critical elements that assure product safety, regulatory compliance and product consistency, (i.e., HACCP, Product Trace/ Recall, GMP Compliance, Hygienic Design, Pest Control, Sanitation and Disinfection Program, etc.). This also includes assuring that the factory and operation operates within other applicable Nestlé and Nestlé Waters policies and procedures.• Assure that technical training is provided to the factory / processing personnel to maintain quality awareness and technical know-how required for operations that comply with Nestlé and Legal Regulatory requirements in terms of Health Safety and Environment.• Assure that proper auditing systems are in place to monitor the facility’s compliance with NFSMS, and all Regulatory requirements and that proper follow-up is effective.• Provide the technical assistance and management guidance to investigate process failures that lead to consumer complaints, product holds and product losses.• Manage plant quality laboratories to meet all Good Laboratory Practices requirements and perform well in Inter Lab Performance Tests and Nestle Proficiency Test performances.• Assure the proper maintenance of appropriate technical documentation for quality operations. This includes, but is not limited to Nestlé Water's policies/ procedures maintenance, HACCP, specification maintenance, standard operating procedures as well as in-process quality documentation.• Responsible for all finished product releases and other packaging materials.• Participates as key member of the plant’s management staff.• Implement NFSMS Advanced Level. Use data generated in process and for finished goods to drive continuous improvements in quality programs.• Participate in supplier audits, warehouse audits, route audits and NFSMS audits of other water factories.
