I managed a overhaul of the student repair drop off process, increasing efficiency by digitizing the entire process, introducing electronic signatures, and simplifying processes. As Office Coordinator, I also served as an administrator for the IT ticket system TeamDynamix. In that capacity, I created custom ticket and service requests based on client needs and feedback. During this time I was awarded both the "ITX Innovation Award" and the "IT TSS STAR Award."

During my time with The Honors College, I partnered across multiple teams including Campus Special Events, Admissions, Enrollment Management, and Housing & Residence Life to offer student, parent, and alumni programming. As CCR, I was also responsible for planning all aspects of the Honors freshmen orientation retreat, "H4." This included all marketing materials, programming, and learning sessions of the program.
