    Here, my role was to give advice to students faced with charges such as plagiarism or who want to make a complaint against the university. I was the first point of contact for students with such concerns, and thus regularly answered the phone and used a range a databases. I made appointments, chased-up enquiries and carried out research for the Students Union. I also played a pastoral role, should a student come to me upset.
