At Fogarty Foundation, I developed and lead the Fogarty EDfutures program. We launched in 2018 as an "education ecosystem" focused on systems change and innovation in education. In developing the program, my work focused on consultation and co-design with multiple stakeholders across the education system in WA. In 2018/19 we tested initiatives across five strategic areas: convening a network, incubating innovation in the community, investigating community activity and generating data flow across the ecosystem, advocacy.

At Scitech, I developed the "Whole School STEM" workshop which supported schools to design an integrated approach to STEM. Teachers were guided to develop project ideas that drew together the three dimensions of the Australian curriculum: the Learning Areas, the General Capabilities and the Cross-Curriculum Priorities.I also worked on the STEM Teacher Development project in the Pilbara. I supported several schools in the Karratha, Roebourne and Wickham areas with the design and implementation of STEM teaching and integrated curriculum projects.
