    Working at ICAL I am currently working in the export sea and air freight departments as a freight forwarder, my day to day operations involves a series of tasks such as completing jobs, registering jobs, dealing with customers, agents overseas as well as shipping lines, airlines, consolidators, trucking companies, and customer department. Additionally, have been able to experience working in a warehouse environment which involves checking and inspecting our customers cargo for exporting. I have also gained knowledge on how handle customers’ requests, professionally communicate and how to deal with problems that may arise within an office environment. While working at ICAL it has given me a clear insight that I want to pursue my future carrier in freight forwarding, it has brought a clear insight on how to use the content I learned in university and implement it in real life operations
