In charge of planning, infrastructure, architecture, and development of new towns and multi-site housing, commercial, and institutional projects of over 5,000 units or 2,500 hectares each in Central and West Africa (Senegal, Gabon, Cote d'Ivoire, Ghana, Angola, Sierra Leon). 2005-present.
