    Overall accountability for the development and delivery of the country program delivering benefits to hundreds of thousands of children each year through its humanitarian and development portfolio, while making important contributions to global initiatives within the wider Save the Children International with an annual budget of US$ 10 million and around 150 staff.Representation of the international NGO community on the Country Humanitarian Team alongside UN agency heads and donors.Resource development - formulation of resource development strategies and plans, proposal development, and the management of diverse funding relationships, including institutional donors, private trusts, foundations, individual givers.Strategic planning and program development - formulation and implementation of institutional, country-specific, and sector-related strategies, including operational, advocacy and organisational development plans.
