The Company has Coffee, Tea and spices (Cardamom) as its major crops. Apart from managing New Hope estate was in charge of the entire spices of the group.A very large ,multi unionized labor force and where optimization of resources human and material was used to increase output of high value crops and extensive new planting from the time of joining.Language Known: English and working knowledge of Malayalam, Kannada and Tamil Hobbies: Reading, Badminton, ecology and environmental concerns. Personal: A basic strength is networking and doing anything which can further benefit the job at hand. Optimizing resources both human and material to get a bigger return for the inputs given.Negotiations with buyers of our produce, both cardamom , coffee and tea in all the plantations (except at MPL) to get a premium price by meeting the exacting expectation of our customers.
