    Back "Home" in the Self Storage Industry. My position with PTI is very similar to my day's at Digitech International. As Business Development Manager I'm responsible for a variety of duties from Sales, Customer Support, Marketing, Prospecting, Account Management and Customer Education. By far the most important part of what I do is taking care of the customer.
