Team Leader, Global Climate Change. ICF provides support worldwide on greenhouse gas (GHG) mitigation, adaptation, and sustainability, and my team served as a program management office for ICF’s climate and clean energy programs for USAID (including Low Emissions Asian Development, the Energy Efficiency for Clean Development Program, and several task orders). We also supported ICF's work for many other clients including the US Environmental Protection Agency and 8 cabinet-level departments; European and Asia-Pacific government agencies; international financial institutions; UN agencies; state, provincial, and local governments; leading businesses; and NGOs. Previous position was Leader of the Climate and Sustainability Division, a group of about 120 scientists, engineers, policy analysts, economists, energy analysts, and communication and outreach specialists supporting leading public and private sector clients on policy and analytics.
