Provide accurate and timely reporting to support departments in relation to assigned Projects namely Finance, Procurement, Contracts.• Ensure all pending / closed transactions are updated for weekly operations meeting.• Work closely with Planning Leads to ensure projects run smoothly through internal Expo processes and procedures.• Update the Planning lead of any documents / actions that need to be submitted on a weekly basis.• Proactively follow up with support departments and Planning lead to ensure all paperwork required is in order.
