    WORK EXPERIENCEPosition: Project EngineerProjects: DOWNTOWN LINE (STAGE 3), JEM MALL AT JURONG EAST MRT Client: LTA,LENDLEASE Key Duties & Responsibilities• Project Management and site supervision of all jobs to be monitored taking care of cost control, manpower deployment and ensuring all jobs are completed in accordance to the terms and conditions of the contract with the client• Attending site meetings to monitor status of project and ensuring that the work is related to the contract with customer is protected. • To liaise with Architects and Consultant & provide accurate feedback on the progress of works, technical compliance to specification, variation claims.• Procurement of materials and delivery to site in a timely manner in accordance to site progress and within Project’s budget.• Proper and timely issuance of the documentation of project including variation orders, extension of times, test procedures, minutes of meetings, purchase orders, operations and maintenance manual including final closing out of projects files in accordance to the ISO procedure.• To coordinate necessary manpower and state of system to ensure inspections with relevant authorities and site representatives are a success.• To provide timely information to the drafting section for the preparation of shop drawings, penetration drawings etc.• Site coordination with all concerned parties and to resolve site problems.• Attend SWC meetings & coordinate with LTA to make sure all our services are captured inside CSD/SEM drawings
